Celebrating Gavin's Birthday at Disneyland

Heather and I had the crazy idea that we should take the boys to Disneyland to celebrate Gavin's 7th birthday. We decided to stay at the Disneyland hotel and were so fortunate to be given a free upgrade to one bedroom suite. The boys loved being with each other and, of course, Heather and I had fun as well. By day two, we were a little worn out (and the park started to get busy), but all in all, it was a fun time! I look forward to doing it again...soon!

Soccer Game in the Rain

Our last soccer games of the season happened on a rainy day. The kids were such troopers...even poor Seth...the goalie...the position where you can't run around to warm yourself up. Go Seth!

Each year, I dissect owl pellets during our food chain unit at school. So...of to gather owl pellets with the family. It is always a good time. This time, lucky Miles got to join in as we hit the jackpot! We even got to see the owls. The small one sat in a tree and watched us.

Andrea's Wedding

Andrea had a beautiful October wedding in Corona del Mar. Ethan and I went up together as Dad took Emmy and Seth to get set up at the campground in preparation of his triathlon the next day. We had a great time!
